So how does the FPM Buying Club work?
Very simple really. Lets follow it through step by step:
Step 1: You will need to set up an account by completing the FPM Buying Club Application Form
Step 2: Once you have an account you can buy whatever you need. We sell over 60,000 products from 100’s of suppliers. The difference with our buying group is that we take the ownership of everything. You only pay us and we ensure your products are delivered so if anything goes wrong you only need to talk to us. That way you can order your stationery, cleaning and medical supplies and only receive one invoice.
Step 3: Before you place your order you may want to know what saving you can make. Then let us take away that hassle for you and we can run a full cost saving audit on your surgery. Just book a slot with one of our Regional Cost Saving experts by emailing email@example.com
Step 4: Once you are ready to place your first order you can do this either online, by fax, email or phone call. If you think you or your staff need some training on using the online portal we will also come back to your surgery and train you up. But don’t feel you have to use it as most of our customers will place their orders by fax or phone
Step 5: Once we know what kind of products you buy we will also design you very own order form, so you can print this out and stick it to the stationery cupboard or the back of the nurses clinic room. That way when anybody needs anything they can tick the item and once it’s faxed back to us we’ll place the order.
