Reasons why a link may not open
Pop-up blockers (Windows XP, Google, Yahoo and others). If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, links to other websites may not open. So if you click a link and nothing happens, hold down the Ctrl key and click the link again (holding the Ctrl key overrides the pop-up blocker).
Pop-up blockers may also prevent documents in the Protocols Library or Forum Bookcase from opening. So if you click a document title and nothing happens, hold down the Ctrl key and click the link again (holding the Ctrl key overrides the pop-up blocker).
Invalid address - organisations change their website periodically, and this can result in links to their websites not working properly. We do check these links regularly, but if you find a broken one please let us know
